With over 40 years in research and development in FSSS instrument, our company always stays at the forefront of the world to manufacture FSSS instruments (Fisher Sub Sieve Sizers) that is also called “Fisher Sizer” or “Average Particle Size Analyzer” or “Blaine Fineness Tester”.

Our Fisher Sub-Sieve Sizer (FSSS) finds applications in a variety of industries including magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, refractory metals, special ceramics, tungsten and molybdenum materials, cemented carbide, non-ferrous metals, pharmaceutical powders, building materials, and defense functional materials.

So far, we have exported our instruments to many countries including USA, India, South Korea, Norway, Russia, Taiwan, Pakistan. We never receive any report of quality issue so far due to tough quality of our instruments. We are extremely serious on the quality. Here “high-quality” has two meanings: (a) It can always provide stable and accurate measuring results. (b) It is not easy to break down. You can use it for a very long time. Although we provide only one year warranty, its service life is expected more than 10 years.

The goal of our research and development is: better accuracy and faster speed in measurement; more convenience and higher efficiency in operation. We succeeded in developing AutoFSSS (Automatic Fisher Sub-Sieve Sizer) that can work with laptop computer perfectly. You can read measuring results directly on computer screen and can save, review or print out measurements easily. It took us almost ten years to make AutoFSSS mature enough to be an ideal substitute of traditional Fisher Sub Sieve Sizer (manual type). We are so confident that every user will feel very satisfied with its exceptional performance and features.

Many years ago, we were even the only manufacurer of traditoinal (manual-type) Fisher Sub-Sieve Sizer. In that time, we had been in a monopoly position until we discovered an imitation product (Model HMK-22) appearing on the market. Although we don't have solid evidence but we are quite sure that the knockoff is manufactured based on our design drawings. They got or copied our design by shameful way. They are better in overseas marketing than us. But Sometimes their customers would contact us for help when trapped by quality issue.

We have an ambition that is replacing all existing traditional (manual-type) Fisher Sub-Sieve Sizer with our AutoFSSS around the world. In order to achieve this great aim, we do two measures: one is trustworthy quality and the other is reasonable price. Although the investment (time & money) is huge, we only make the price of AutoFSSS one third more than manual-type Fisher Sizer.
